This company manufactures a product called "Ecospun" made out of recycled bottles and Wellamid from carpets. You can choose either post-consumer or post-industrial (upcyled industrial waste) and I know its been used as a fiber to weave. t-shirts

Would be cool to get some in house. They also publish a "Design Guide" on their website Design Guide describing how to use their products in molding operations.
